Air Arabia, a leading Saudi low-cost airline, announced a new direct flight route connecting Tetouan, in the north of Morocco, and Paris, France, with two flights per week on Sundays and Thursday starting from this Sunday, according to Morocco’s News Agency (MAP)
The flight will provide travelers with an affordable and convenient link between Morocco and Europe, reinforcing cultural and economic ties between the regions, according to the company’s statement.
Flights depart from Tetouan at 03:15 p.m. local time and arrive in Paris at 06:00 p.m. Return flights leave Paris at 06:50 p.m., landing in Tetouan at 09:30 p.m., offering an efficient schedule for passengers.
Paris attracts millions every year due to its historic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. The route will encourage Moroccan travelers to experience Parisian culture, history, and renowned cuisine, while also attracting French visitors to explore the lesser-known city of Tetouan and its rich cultural heritage.
The new route reflects Air Arabia’s strategic expansion goals that include connecting Moroccan cities with major European hubs, according to the company.
Air Arabia operates a modern Airbus A320 fleet, known for comfortable seating and in-flight services including the “SkyCafe,” which offers snacks and meals at affordable prices, according to the carrier.
